ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK: I acknowledge the inherent risks involved with riding horses or working with horse that may lead to serious injury or even death. Some of these risks may include the potential for serious bodily harm, broken bones, head, or neck injuries, sickness, disease, trauma, pain & suffering, permanent disability, paralysis, loss of personal property (riding gear), accidents involving other participants or trainers, facilities issues, and other undefined, unforeseeable risks and dangers. WAIVER and RELEASE OF LIABILITY: I will not hold any event staff, volunteers, spectators, Whitewater Arena or event management responsible for any injury, illness, or damage. On my behalf, or on behalf of my children, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the Rocking S Horsemanship, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the CLINIC, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether injury occurs before, during, or after participation in any of the program.
